Okotoks MD Landfill Shop and Office (In Progress)
This new build project is currently in progress. 5 bay working shop with breezeway, office spaces, and amenities.

City of Calgary - Manchester Building R
Construction of a new addition and amenity pad to the existing Manchester Building R Block, featuring a new three-stop KONE freight elevator with associated vestibules. The project includes comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades, Corten steel siding with ACM accent panels, roof tie-ins to the existing structure, a new amenity pad, landscaping, and fencing. This project required careful coordination of multiple trades to accommodate ongoing facility operations and minimize disruption to office staff.

Millarville Racing and Agriculture Arena
Upgrades to the existing riding arena to create a designated, separated space within the post-frame building, including a main-level and mezzanine viewing area. The project scope included new in-floor heating and SOG, Second floor structural steel framing, elevator shaft, HVAC, electrical and fire suppression systems, a two-floor accessibility lift, new windows, janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms, as well as renovated men's and women's washrooms. Delivering a modern, functional, and accessible facility.

Calgary Courthouses
Transformation of two vacant spaces within the downtown 6th Street Courthouse into fully functional, secure courthouses. The project demanded precise coordination around ongoing courthouse operations, delivering high-end millwork, advanced security systems, inmate holding cells, judge boardrooms, washrooms, and accessibility lifts, all with minimal disruption to the facility.

Innisfail RCMP Lift Station
Installed a new lift station at the RCMP Dog Training Facility in Innisfail, overcoming complex excavation challenges around existing underground infrastructure. Hydrovac techniques ensured safe exposure before mechanical excavation. The project included new vaults and pumps, decommissioning of the old system, tie-ins to existing sewer elevations, and new electrical buildings with modern controls and operating systems, resulting in a fully upgraded, reliable facility.

City of Calgary - Southland Station
Upgrades to the Southland Station bus terminal to enhance functionality, safety, and user experience. The project included replacement of all windows, enlargement of select window and door openings for improved visibility, new interior finishes including floor and wall tile, City-supplied benches, and exposed wood ceiling detailing. Building security was modernized with new cameras and rough-ins for future systems, while a complete HVAC system and furnace were installed. Final exterior improvements included sidewalk replacement, delivering a fully refreshed and functional transit facility.

Tuxedo Park School
Re-roofing and structural reinforcement project at Tuxedo Park School, a building slated for historic designation. The scope included new parapet flashing, low-slope roofing, standard asphalt shingles, and interior shoring to strengthen the building’s structure, ensuring both preservation and long-term durability.

Calgary Glenmore Causeway Life Station
Phase 1 of this project involved the complete removal of existing building envelope siding and masonry for re-insulation and damproofing. The work included installation of new exterior siding and roofing, masonry block replacement, and electrical upgrades. The project presented unique challenges, including work alongside Glenmore Trail with necessary pathway and road closures, as well as additional environmental and safety precautions due to proximity to the Glenmore Reservoir.

Calgary Nw Travellers Historic Building
This project involved complex work on a historic building along 1st SE Calgary, requiring excavation on all three exposed sides to structurally repair the foundation. Scope included installation of new sump pumps and pits, manholes and services, sidewalks and landscaping, and repair and refinishing of the building’s millwork to historic specifications. All work was carefully coordinated around scheduled road and lane closures to minimize disruption.

Calgary Remand Centre -Divided Living units
Completed additions of dividing control towers across multiple inmate holding blocks, along with comprehensive upgrades to facility flooring and amenities. The project involved the complexities of institutional construction, including framework for detention systems and hardware, security, and coordination to effectively complete this project within an occupied and operational institutional center.

Alberta Royal Tyrell Museum
Full fire suppression system upgrade at the Royal Tyrrell Museum, requiring meticulous coordination of all trades around one of a kind artifacts. Close collaboration with facility staff ensured uninterrupted operations throughout the project, delivering enhanced safety without impacting the visitor experience.

Bankview Terrace Condos
Restored and upgraded the outdoor patio for a condominium unit, enhancing tenant use and long-term durability. The project included waterproofing the deck, repairing interior water damage to walls and flooring, installing new concrete curbs and railings, and finishing with a raised paving stone system, all while carefully coordinating work around occupied tenant spaces.
